Sugar Petals - leotards and body stockings - some of the best available! Make sure to state a date you need it by or the orders could be shuffled in priority if they have a busy time of year, but their items are always great prices, great quality, and hold up way better than many other body stockings. Power Mesh is really nice.

Bellydance.com - I've personally had good luck with this site, and prices are decent. I've usually just bought music, hip wraps, canes, some cholis, etc. from it. Some things don't have more than 1 size, so be aware (it will be closer to size Small if it's one size fits all). But they often have deals and shipping is quick.

FB resale groups - there are a lot of belly dance costume resale groups - you can find great deals, but make sure to measure well and do your diligence before purchasing (shipping fees, country the costume is coming from, etc).
