Belly dancing is great for improving balance, building core muscles, socializing, building positive confidence and cultural awareness. It's also an easy activity to start alone because you meet new people in class!

Belly dance is inclusive to all ages, body types, and fitness levels, even if you have never taken a dance class - we don't need to be perfect, but we do want to be having fun! 

We take time to make sure all of our students with any physical/health restrictions can enjoy this activity at their own pace.

NEW LV1 SESSION DETAILS:

Regular LV1 sessions run for 6 weeks - first come/first pay basis, can be reserved in online shop. ​

• Graduated sessions to ensure good skill-building and efficient learning.
• Once the session block is complete, signups/availability for the next session will be scheduled.​
• BDB I and II classes must be taken in order - III, IV, and V can be taken at any time they are offered after I and II are completed.

Hip wraps will be provided to borrow for all LV1 session students.

No refunds offered for BDB session punch cards (ex: 6 punch card = one set price, even if you only attend 5 classes) and non-transferable to other classes. 

• Session punch cards expire at the end of the session/last class due to set class schedule. 
• 'Makeup' classes might be offered if the studio time/space is available and is necessary for the course.
• Discounted pricing rate is automatically applied to class session punch card. 

The studio will communicate finalized class details after registrations are completed, including driving instructions. 

• Note:  All students are required to sign a liability waiver/release in order to participate in activities at the studio. The liability waiver/release will be provided at the students' first class.
