Belly dancing is great for improving balance, building core muscles, socializing, building positive confidence and cultural awareness. It's also an easy activity to start alone because you meet new people in class!
It's inclusive to all ages, body types, and fitness levels, even if you have never taken a dance class - we don't need to be perfect, but we do want to be having fun!
We take time to make sure all of our students with any physical/health restrictions can enjoy this activity at their own pace.
